Hmm... I just thought of a way that U-Turn could make some more money. Here's the facts from what I hasve gathered from this thread:
1. U-Turn dupes people repeatedly into buying their overpriced pieces of garbage.
2. Customers cannot make any money from these machines and find it tough to re-coup their investment.
3. They try to sell their equipment for pennies on the dollar so they can wash their hands from the whole mess.

So U-Turn should offer to buy back the equipment from them. Lets see.. they dupe a person and sell a machine for $600. U-Turn just made some great money from a sucker. They buy that machine back for $100 and then re-sell it to the next sucker for $600 again. Keep repeating this process making nothing but PROFIT!

It is the perfect business!
