Hi there-- I was on the site you posted, looking around, but I could not find anywhere that it stated the number of machines that constituted a business. Do you know where I can find that information? We currently have 14 machines, so does that mean we do not need a vendor's permit and that we do not need to file RST? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
