Subject: Power Broker Goes to US Appeals Court 5th Circuit!!



Mr. Frist, although seemingly upset about the so called moderate compromise, was jumping for joy last night as the Senate confired power broker and lobbyist Priscilla Richman Owen to one of the highest courts in America.
The phoney compromise has led to the appointment of one of the most radical pro corporate judges in American history; a real live judicial activist.
For example, read her rulings on Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Corp vs Martinez, Helena Chemical Co. vs Wilkins. You can judge for yourself. But, in a nutshell, she ruled in favor of judicial decisions over jury verdicts and in favor every time of the corporate entity. Every time.
Will she do any differently in her new job? Demcrats have been sold out. She doesnt even deserve to serve on a jury. And, Nancy Grace thinks she is the nuts.
