If anyone wants to raise their levels of DMT they must first activate their kundalini and have shakti rise up the spine to this the pineal...

And this means refraining from all sex and become celibate for long periods of time to bring the energy up the spine instead of wasting the seed and lifeforce either for procreation or just sexual fufillment.

This is an important key... as a young male, I know how hard it is not to have sex and refrain from masterbation but you have to be disciplined so you can channel your life force to expand your consciousness.
