Why didn't the continent of Africa and the black race develop western or eastern civilization? History tells us plain as day that the continent of Europe and Islamic culture both developed the east as well as the west, the east of course going back to mesopatamia.

John what do you define as civilization? What you call civilization begins with greed and the need to count money and possessions. No I think The Ancients were far above the need for that nonsense.
