I can see why you 've developed such a disparaging attitude towards your protagonists.

You think we question the validity of your relationship with the the divine.

At Ma'at they try and avoid that by not allowing any discussion to pass into the realm of personal beliefs..other than the question of quality quantity and intensity of the beliefs of those that have gone before us.

You may be able to have a detached view towards these questions. But speaking for myself, I have to chant it like a mantra, and feel compelled to induce the same in others..on a constant basis... to levelly assess evidence.

I believe in my study of the Old Kingdom in particular that I have found good evidence that todays's world and people do have a chance.

Given that chance..the communality and spirituality that is the Gaia of your dreams ...is attainable.

duality of purpose and nature

These are the epiphanies that an onslaught of input are bringing me to.

The spiritual epiphanies? I don't have to seek them out..I just have to interact with my grandchildren.
