All you need is to open your heart fuzzball... learn the language of the heart instead of the language of the mind... it is the doorway to worlds that are closer then the brow above your eyes. The astral planes are all around you... thousands of parellel universesl, millions of spirit realms. All you have to do is change the channel in your heart and tune into the frequencies. The electrons that are vibrating so fast that your 5 objective faculties cannot pick up. Right now the dead are watching you. They are sitting right next to you but you cannot see. They are going through your walls and even going right through your body but you cannot feel them. They exist on a higher octave and only the chemicals in your pineal gland can alter your consciousness to see them. Quiet your mind... humble yourself to God. Be at peace. Stay silent. Basically speaking.... SHUT THE FUCK UP.. And then and only then will you be able to contact interdimensional beings. There is no death, just transition into other realms of consciousness.

Close down your intellect fuzzball and feel with your heart... the universe is a magical place.
