Your PC will likely have a 3.5mm jack socket to take an audio line input signal. Your tape recorder might have a 3.5mm headphone socket where you can extract the audio (not ideal). Other models usually have RCA phono sockets on the back; older models might have DIN sockets.

Use a freebie program like Audacity to record the audio. Install the lame.dll file also and export the recording as an mp3 file.

God's not up for discussion. He/she/it is pissed off at being misrepresented throughout the aeons of time, so I'm told.
