Is this the same medical establishment that says that garlic has absolutely no effect on high blood pressure, but when I used garlic supplements my blood pressure went from 140/92 to 122/77 in 6 weeks?

Is this is same medical establishment that said in 2003 that the anti depressent Paxil was very safe and 3 years later young people under 25 commited sucide and jumped out of school windows when on this medication?

Is this the same medical american medical establishment that has the ability to cure congestive heart failure with the use of hawthorn berry but ignores the german commison E guidelines?
