I assumed you were attempting to evidcen your theory about the sides of the GP

"From the objects retrieved, we dated the shaft to the New Kingdom, 1550 BC."

those are Hawass's words. You brought up this Shaft as an adjunct to your theory about the sides of the pyramid.

Unless I am mistaken...an obvious possiblity as I WAS mistaken about there being photos, but not about the relevance of teh find...

this shaft is NOT contemporary to the people that built the pyramids.

The Dream Stele is strong proof that by the New Kingdom, the AE's didn't know much about the Plateau's constructs.
So how in the hell can you possibly infer that the two ie the shaft and the GP are associated evidencially, other than After the fact??

Where has Hawass ever entertained the notion that this shaft is indicative of anything from the Old Kingdom?

this is the point I was addressing. I'm sorry that you for whatever reason are so committed to all or nothing reasoning.

we have a Pyramid 2500 BC
a shaft 1500 BC
the Templars roughly 1000 to 1300 AD

and the Masons adopting Egyptian Iconography

Late 1800's

IOW's we have the GP .... enigmatic to those who refuse to understrand the people who built it and why

the Shaft..superimposed on the Plateau to support latter day Pantheonic beliefs...After the fact of the Pyramid building age

the Templars..inspired by God and Gold..After teh fact of teh pyramid building age

the Masons..a bunch of Snobs and Wannabees who modern day paranoids think have been running the world for centuries..after the fact of teh pyramid building age

Please show me the evidenciary connections that Aren't One built atop the other ...each time for different reasons

then tell ME what I do not understand about the Gizamids and Pyramid Building in General.

as for my expertise..I have never claimed to be an expert, and have allways allowed that the Old Kingdom is my area of interest as it is in the Old Kingdom that I find the most inspiration and hope vis a vis man's potential

Same goes for my interest in Rome..after Augustus ie after the Republic..Rome Ceased to be the Rome that Inspires me

AS for my credibility being lessened in Your eyes

Who cares??

You thought I was some sort of depraved selfcentered , non spiritual Nazi idiot anyway

How could your opinion of me get any worse?
