Subject: the lies of the american medical establishment

All you hear these days is cholesterol, cholesterol, cholesterol.... what a crock of french onion soup!!!! Bullwinkle!!!!!

Heart attacks are caused by a substance called "fibrin". The majority of blockages that occur in heart disease are calcium deposits, not cholesterol. These pieces of calcium turn into plaque on the vessel walls. The plaque causes inflammation to the vessel wall and the bodies immune system responds with a secretion of something called "fibrin". It not only has anti-inflammatory action but also steps in to cover the area of inflammation, sort of a natural patch up job. But the human body in this case does more harm then good. As the fibrin gets secreted, it builds a mound over the area of calcified inflammation and as platelets move threw the artery, they clump together on the mound and start building up and stick together. Eventually, a blockage will occur that stops the flow of blood and oxygen to the heart muscle.

It has nothing to do with cholesterol..... it is fibrin and its automatic response to calcified material.

The types of fats americans are using today are industrially engineered fats that also clog the arteries.. Natrual, wholesome butter and fresh milk products as well as eating meat baked or broiled is not and never has been a problem...

Its fried foods and the hydronation process of our vegatble oils and in our food that turns to plastic in our arteries and again makes fibrin come to the rescue to cover up and patch up the artery wall and inflammation, thus causing another mound which blocks the flow of blood.

Good cholesterol is needed by the body for many biological chemical reactions. Its the shit that american food manufacturers do during the refining process.

Eat as much butter as you want folks.. Make sure it is fresh and does not have a dark yellow crust around the bar. That means its old. Europeans, especially in the south use fresh butter, milk and eggs and are no processed like here in america.

Use extra virgin olive whenever possible and stay away from processed foods and especially watch your calcium intake. That is why heart medications use calcium channel blockers !!!

Don't get fooled by your high cholesterol numbers.

Inflammation of the arteries are aslo caused by stress.... meditate and be happy..

The AMA is full of shit....

Fibrin is the culprit to heart disease not cholesterol...
