Subject: On Pyramids (I hope Kat sees this and decides to rejoin us)

Thought I'd throw out a few of my recent bugbears on the topic and see where the discussion leads.

1. the notion that there is only one Pyramid worth discussing at all

2. the complete lack of reference to Sneferu when Giza is being discussed

3. (for Kat) why when it is demonstarted that Many Mayan pyramids were tombs everyone says "of course they were" or "that explains a lot". Yet the very same people keep asking us where ol Khufu's body is.

4. the notion that absolutely no ramping was involved in OK pyramid production

that should be enough to get the ball(of dung) rolling

Lets try and get back what we once had folks. Ian has let this be our messageboard to a degree that most other messageboards do not. I think we owe it to Ian to make this , once again, a productive webpage.

I am going to suggest that Ian delete those posts that he does not deem to be substantive

andyone who thinks this not fair, can look back at the last year and then tell me why...via email
