Thanks Warwick ... but just for the record.... the 20 years with my first husband were the only bad times, but they were *very* bad. My childhood was glorious with great parents who never apart, I was most often to be found in the double decker tree house Daddy built me with a back pack full of books (far far away from my younger sister's cheerleading and baton twirling..lol).

While I have a lot of pain, thanks to my first husband, my last 10 years with Jeff have been the most wonderful of my adult life. Not to mention I have the most intelligent and gorgeous granddaughter who tells me I'm the best Grandma ever
:) :) :)

PLUS! I'm active in local and state historical societies and research, I get to talk to the top Andeanists in the world (and have even had the giddy pleasure of passing on information they weren't aware of in discussions from time to time). I've been written about in Archaeology Magazine, AND I am published and preparing to publish more.

After the divorce was final from the ex, a good friend of mine told me that sometimes roses need shit to bloom... look at your shitty life with him as fertilizer she said and get out there and bloom and I've been that ever since.
