Whether or not this is old news is not the issue or the point...

We in the 21st century are using ancient technology...

Not only with this concrete that holds its strenth under water but many other things.

This does not fall into the catagory of linear human evolution.... if we in the 21st century has to use technology that was invented 2000 years ago, it seems to me that the ancients were more advanced then the history books tell us.

Others include...
Water wheels for mechanical applications.
Batteries
Solar power
Architecture and building
Metaphysical and spiritual supierority
Deep understanding of nature
Advanced astronomy
Water power
Steam cars
Advanced military projectile catapults with advanced torsion technology
Optical refraction
Military genuis
Understanding of astral travel life after death
Crystal technology
Mechancial stone cutting machines
Herbal medicine
Flying aircraft
Hot air balloons
Advanced navigation compasses
Sacred geometry
Meditation
Human consciousness
Philosophy
Advanced brain surgery
Adquaducts that are still used in europe after 2000 years

And a host of MANY others
