Subject: I Need Christmas Help

I am married with three sons. I have multiple sclerosis and I am on disability and my husband has high blood pressure that doesn't seem to be able to be controlled. He has already had a small stroke. We need help. I don't want to hurt my family this Christmas. I feel guilty about my MS. Please help and may God Bless You
