Special needs child needs clothing for Christmas, used clothing is fine and will be greatly appreciated. She has gained weight and outgrown most of her clothing. She now needs 6x-7x. She is in school, and just turned 7 in November. She has a specturm of autism, still wears diapers and doesn't talk. If your child has outgrown these sizes, we would appreciate them for christmas. thanks.
