Subject: A little Christmas Surprise for Gramma!

Our Gramma has a heart problem and diabetic. My children would like to visit her more often but the trip is too far. Although she was a single Mom, she has always helped other people but now most of her friends have died. She is in pain because of her heart and has already had two open heart surgeries and also an intestinal surgery. This year she fell while getting off the bus and hurt her leg. The bus driver didn't even stop to see if she was OK. Today,I asked my littlest boy what he wanted for Christmas and he said "a special surprise for Gramma". She wears a 3X dress and likes the fake cologne that is like the perfume RED that she had a sample of once, the color blue, and she likes to laugh! Once time she told me that she has always admired department stores that have baskets with many surprises in them in the window around Christmas because she thought people should get little surprises in life! Maybe someone could come up with a cute idea that wouldn't cost too much to mail. She sleeps on a couch and shares a one bedroom efficiency apartment. She wishes she could have gifts to give to the children but is low income so usually wraps up dollar store gifts! Maybe someone would like to be a secret santa to help my littlest son with a surprise for his Gramma?
