3/4 - 1 cup applesauce
1 (4.12 oz.) bottle of ground cinnamon

Mix together to make a stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4"
thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Make hole for ribbon with soda straw. Put on rack to dry for several days, turning occasionally. Makes about 12 ornaments.
