Subject: Help for the Holidays

I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help, for the holidays. Three years ago I decided to quit a 60 hour a week job, to stay home with my family, and raise my kids the right way, with love and stability. For two years, I got a part time job at a local mall, just to give my kids somewhat of a Christmas. This year, our landlord hit us up, an offer we couldn't refuse, the option to buy our home, article of agreement, "rent to own". We either take him up on the offer or find a new place to live. Rent payments went up, but we were o.k. with the help of my mother. Now, Christmas is here, oopps forgot to budget that one in. We are trying to do right for our kids, I thought about getting a part time job again, but the doctor's said I had to have surgery, Gall Stones, inflamed Gallbladder, Obstructed....Not a major surgery, but enough to set us back, again. I was babysitting, but the surgery and doctors appointments set us back. I have four kids, 12, 9, (girls) 6 and 14months (boys). My kids mean the WORLD to me, I can't bring myself to ask my mother again for help, although she would if she could, I'm not asking for a lot, just any kind of help, even some advise, is there any one or agency out there that can help us out?
