unfortunately, you get thrown into the housing lottery...but we have 1st preference because we're being displaced. i got lucky and ended up in cance (which a lot of us have dubbed "pierpont pt. 2" because a lot of pierponters are living there next year) and a small world, indeed. i probably know him, or at the very least know of him, it's a fairly tight-knit community.
