Subject: Intellectualism as a Pierpont tradition

Reading some of these recent posts have me wondering if I have confabulated my memories of Pierpont as being a largely intellectual place. Yes, we did a lot of mind expansion and sexual experimentalism (or at least, I did), but there was a concentration of brain cells which also allowed for serious discussion of the phenomenology of the times.

Help me out, guys, am I misremembering my youth? Say it ain't so!!
