Oh how I LOVE ginger beer Mt Rich. I make some myself here at home, even fizzy one (have this special device to make fizzy water) - simply with fresh ginger, sugar and water. But now you tell me to add lime and angostura ... YUMMY.

I have unfortunately never had the opportunity of tasting sorrel, as for the rum cake, is it simply a cake with some rum either cooked in it or soaked a little bit in it, or is it a specialty involving more exotic ingredients? Makes me want to eat some right now!

Thank you for the wonderful recipe Mt Rich :o)

Peace and Love my Brother
