Welcome ... many of us are effected by PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/Reactions) due to past traumas in our lives that have impacted our minds, behaviors, relationships, abilities, and lives in general. PTSD may be rooted in childhood traumas, abuse, job related, disaster, war, violence, whatever. In here we can talk about our thoughts, feelings, and issues.
