He brought them many viewers on Dynasty and All My Children. It wouldn't have been a stretch to assume that they'd support him during a difficult time in his life. His addiction problem hurt himself much more than it hurt anyone else. He's paid the price. He's also gotten himself clean and sober and should be commended for doing so. Addiction is a serious disease and those of you that have that little night cap should realize that you ALSO are putting a drug into your body. Just because it's legal doesn't make it any different, or any better. Anyway, Dimitri is sorely missed by many people. Michael's talent shouldn't be thrown away.
