Hi Jill. Just read about your croup escapade! My kids' doctor is awesome too!He has never given me that double boiler recipe for coughs(Thank God),but sometimes a tablepoon of Karo cornsyrup really helps ease that bark! Also,Vick's vaporub with a stemy shower has gotten my kids through some rough nights just a little bit easier.And none of the above will smoke out the house! LOL. Hope you and Annie Ming are feeling better soon!
