I think the phrase "Rage more" is probably related to the Dylan Thomas quote, "Do not go gentle into that good night, but rage, rage against the dying of the light", what with her apparent interest in prose. I'd interpret "Rage more" about the same way as the previous quote: something along the lines of putting up a fight against things you don't like that are happening, and getting yourself pumped up to do so, be that the fact that a party's boring, or your girlfriend got stolen away, or that your dad's acting like a jackass.
