Subject: The book!

I've finished the book!
...well,I like it!
;-)
I found it really weird, but I like how Swan writes, I like a lot Mouse, not so much Paulie (even if she is really interesting!!) and I miss that Tory had so little space. But I think the book and the novel are two things different, and I don't think they can ben comparate.
The film is poetic, intense, speaks about LOVE, a love so pure that nothing else is important, and Lea Pool is superb!
The book is a point of you over something different, the idea of Mouse and Pauli about to be a man, not about love. More, it's very important Morley and is relationship with Mouse, and so on (sorry, but I cannot explain very well what I feel and think!)...Pauli is really a well done character, every one can feel her pain, but I think the hearth of the novel is not love, but something else.

Well, I prefer the film, but just only because it's more "real" than this weird story (that's true,in spite of!!)...I hope I could read the book in Italian too, because in English it's a little difficult! ;-) and if I like it in English, what about in my language??! ;-)

You, what you think?

BYE!
