hi Kate,

if you refer to the scene on the dance floor, where Paulie asks Tori's father "can i dance with your daughter, please?" and not the tea party, then the song is "'RIVER WALTZ', performed by Cowboy Junkies, written by Michael Timmins and published by Paz Junk Music".

all details are written in the FAQ area of our site, including that there is no soundtrack! but you can get all the songs, except the vocals in the end of the movie on separate cd's.
