Subject: Women's Health Forum in Pulaski County - Welcome!

Welcome to all those who were at the Women's Health Forum the weekend of April 9th, 2005. That was an awesome weekend!

I enjoyed meeting many of you at not only my BioFit Exercise booth, but at my presentation of Give Your Heart Muscle - Pump It Up!

I hope you will take the time to look through the information here and even explore the archives. This message board is rich with information from some of the most credible sources in the world. You can learn from the best trainers, teachers, doctors, and many others as you look through this information.

You can even post a question here if you like, and we will answer it within the same day.

The site is not completely finished but about 90% of it is usable. If you have questions, please don't hesistate to visit the forum and post a question. Soon we will have our programs and rates up on the site so you will know exactly what we do and offer.

Let me make you this promise. There is absolutely no fitness service in Kentucky, much less in Pulaski County that can offer you the quality of service, professionalism and scientifically designed training and nutrition programs that you can get at BioFit Exercise Technologies. So avoid the "circuit" machine exercises at exclusively all women's exercise clubs that have absolutely no certified trainers; Yoga and Pilates have their place as a supplement to your exercise program but don't let anyone fool you into believing that this is the only program you need - it is not; and stay away from people who look good and buff and only pose as trainers. These types could be dangerous to your overall health and wellbeing.
