Sitting atop the roof of a rundown warehouse, the vampiric fae glares at the figure of light invading their territory. Uttering a deep growl, she leaps down and lands gracefully, grinning wickedly at the thrill of defying gravity. Over hundreds of years and it still made her feel giddy. Striding purposefully to the angelic femme, her fangs slide from their sheaths, silver-red eyes glinting dangerously. If the girl was wise, she would run.
