Definately not human. Though at order to slow down, Scout did not obey. He lunged up onto a ladder of a fire escape, settling on the ladder and holding on tightly. He was about a story above the male, gazing down at him. "Leave me alone!" he shouted, holding onto the ladder with one hand and shaking a not-so-intimidating fist with his other.
