1. I believe that was an error in the link title but if you look at the actual results page, it states it's "unofficial" and additionally an audit count hasn't been completed.


2. State law that requires a victory of 20 votes or less must be recounted.
N.Y. Elec. Law ยง 9-208(4)

Margin of victory is 20 votes or less; or margin of victory is 0.5% or less; or in a contest where 1 million or more ballots are cast and the margin of victory is less than 5,000 votes. The term margin of victory shall mean the margin between all votes cast in the entire contest following the recanvass of votes.

3. Finally audits of the primary vote are not due to the state until July 27th.

It's not over just yet.
