Zoning Board Tuesday 7pm. Supporters being urged to attend to call out any public comment as perpetuating racism and stereotyping homelessness, addiction, crime. asking legitimate zoning questions will be very difficult.
e.g., will it change the character of the neighborhood?
how much outdoor space on site is allocated for tenants?
are these going to be micro units (usually 355-400sf)?
will micro units promote transiency? (just when the neighborhood is becoming stabilized)
what are the 'facilities' proposed on-site for these tenants suffering from socio-economic issues?

the attorney will shut down any comments not related to zoning. the zoning board chair (20 years in that position) will have no questions of her own.
