Newburgh is a joke in the funding world. They get money and they don’t even know what it’s for, who gave it to them, or if they will spend it on the designated focus of any grant. They have received funds in the past, let them sit for over a year without using them for the intended purposes, and tried to return the funds because asshole A didn’t know what asshole B did or how asshole C refused to move forward.
