The Police “Commissioner” is asking the public for help. Did he ask Todd if he could ask us to assist the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner, the Chief, the Lts., in solving crime? What the fuck are we paying these top administrative cops for if they can’t talk to the public yet want our help to solve the crimes they’re paid to? Newburgh is the stupidest city in NY, with the stupidest government and stupidest sycophants.
