If we got 10 million the wannabe activists on our land use boards wouldn’t let anything be built unless it was for low to no income nobodies that contribute nothing to our community. Just wait until the water street hillside is developed into an extension of the varick homes ghetto. That 10 mil is better off elsewhere.
