Hey chief, it has to be the Chief, because only a self-centered, out of town, double dipping pension recipient(like myself without double dipping) would take offense to that true statement. I know guys on the job right now that state the chief is a hack. As far as enjoying my pension on the backs of the residents, I proudly served my country, and the residents. So I will definitely enjoy my pension brother. Hopefully, you will steer that sinking ship of a department, into shallow waters, so it'll have survivors.
