Fine, get the "parties" together, but which ones. There are many who are devious, poisonous and just unethical with no honest, moral or even legal intentions to help anyone but themselves.
Been to too many of these get togethers and had to witness the mindless gibberish, rants about the past and demands for more for themselves. The only thing shared was breathing the same air in the room.
The entire city needs will not be found with the current players from city hall down. This city is a perfect example of needing a clean house of both officials and many of its residents.
You can't rebuild that new house if you are on rotten soil until you remove it.
