It was/is Corporate welfare in order to speculate, by and large, on the Hospitality and Affordable Housing "industries"...a "legal plunder" of the taxpayer's full fath & credit providing a means to obtain favorable credit terms. So what of the "job multiplier" number, the end to the means? If it's true, then the inverse applies and real unemployment is at least double the "official" narrative. Ooops, maybe that explains why the "free range" morphed into "watchdogs", same dna just a different bark.
