Let me understand this..You have Fibromyalgia,CFS(What is that?), MS, and a brain tumor? If you are speaking the truth,I am truely praying for you..but to be honest, this does sound like a scam..
Have you checked out your local "Angel Tree"project at your hometown? I'm sure that your children would qualify..
I do send blessings to you and your family and ask that the Lord will change your situation..
I also agree that whomever said those mean things, that it was uncalled for..
I'm sorry that I can't help you in any other way except prayer..but prayer does work..
