Subject: Conference room

Diven enjoyed the champenge, it was like nothing he had tasted before. He was about to order another one when Bono's voice came over the com system. "All senior officers report to the conferrence room."

"Thanks for coming." Bono said as they took their seats. "Once again we faced the Borg and once again we triumphed, though barely."

"Makes our victory so much greater." K'Tal grinned.

Bono requested status reports from the departments.

"Sir I have some distrubing news." Teams said as he held up the padd. "I sure you all remember the power surge we experienced while in dock."

"A random power fluxuation." Diven said quickly.

Teams shook his head. "Afraid not. Our anayslses was only completed moments before we entered battle. It was sabotage."

A gassp surged through the officers. "Sabotage..." Diven laughed nevously. "Surely not."

"I'm afraid so. Remains of a computer virus was found in the computer.It deliberatly caused a power surge aimed at the holodeck."

"Why would someone send a power surge to the holodeck?' Bono asked.

"Indeed." S'Kott said. "The surge was not powerful to harm anyone and Excalibur was left undamaged."

"Except Frankie's program was wiped out. I haven't be able to find a trace of her since the accident." Teams said.

Bono sat back, his face dark. "This is grim news indeed. Mr Teams I want us on double security alert. I want the computer checked code by code to find anymore viriuses. And someone should check out the holodeck incase..."

"I've already done that." Diven said. "No problems with the holodeck computer, so sir. I checked it out after the surge. After all, it tried to kill me." He laughed nevously. Diven fidgetted slightly in his seat.

Bono nodded. "Thankyou Mr Diven. Everyone else, keep your eyes open and if you see anything strange report to me. Dismissed."

As they started to leave, Diven shot a glance at Teams. He remembered with cold dread that Teams was a telepath..... No, he was sure Teams didn't know anything. Diven stood up and headed for his quarters."
