I have been receiving Pacific Media Watch Online for several years, and to my regret I have never acknowledged it. This note is to say thank you very much for your valuable service. Among other things It has helped me be a regional person. I greatly appreciate receiving it.

I suppose the story you included on on Maria Hartiningsih in this issue has prompted me to write. It is an inspiring story and encapsulates what effective journalism is about. Maria is a fine role model .
