Further on the FIAS letter:

Did you see the letters to teh editor in the Daily Post (20 Dec)? There are two interesting letters; both by a lawyer who is also the VP of Viti Landowners and Resources Association . The group comprises some of those who wanted to take power while the elected govt was a hostage to terrorists.

One letter is on Fijian Studies, and another on the Tongan press law, where they are supporting the new law in the name of self-determination!
