Professor Jane Kelsey warns that if Australia and New Zealand continue exploiting their dominant position and imposing their agenda on the Pacific “they risk creating a platform for social and political chaos and chronic instability in what they see as their Pacific backyard"

Well hurray for us for exploiting our dominant position as democratic countries and "imposing our agenda" on this rogues' gallery and hopefully causing grand, old-fashioned revolutions:

Fiji - racist and crooked Government
Cook Islands - crooked government, ruthless churches
Vanuata - crooked Government and about to expel a healthworker for daring to get NZ medical aid for sick twins
Nauru - need we say more?
Tonga - Lol!
Papua-New Guinea - the most corrupt of the lot
Western Samoa - benefit of the doubt
Tuvalu - maybe if they tidied the place up their whingeing wouldn't sound so bad
Nuie - dodgy but perhaps okay
etc etc

Bullying the crooks and thieves who run this ragtag lot into the democratic 21st century would be doing their countries all a favour - just ask your next cab driver who comes from one of the countries listed what their opinion is of the crooks they've left behind.
