I'm not sure about the Olympic's funnels, but there would be no reason to add a grill to the fourth funnel due to the fact that there wasn't a boiler under it. All of the Olympic class ships had a large metal sheet over about 60% of the fourth funnel but the only smoke came from the galley chimney which ran up the center of it.
