Comparing the wreck picture and the picture when Britannic is being launced, you can see on both the pictures between the 6th and 7th stanchion that there is no railing.
If that's true(not that the railing is smashed away by something), the vent should be at the aft end of the deckhouse.
It might be visible if you enlarge that picture shot from almost straight behind Britannic, although I doubt that.
I'll check some clear pictures.
