Le conosco le scosse elettriche, mi facevano spaventare da morire fino al punto di desiderare davvero di morire per non dover affrontare questa forte elettricita' che si impadroniva del mio corpo, iniziando dalle estremita' ed andando veso il centro, insieme ad un fischio/frequenza che diventava sempre piu' assordante e ricordo che ero spaventatissima da queste manifestazioni, e quando mi riprendevo, ero sconvolta e zuppa di sudore con l'elettricita' ancora presente nelle giunture...alla fine ho trovato la forza di affrontare e superare il muro della paura, e sono andata al livello successivo che era l'inizio dei viaggi astrali...le paralisi notturne a volte erano il preludio ai viaggi astrali, e poi ho scoperto che tantissima gente soffriva di queste cose e le stava vivendo malissimo, ma io sono riuscita a superare le paure e fobie, ed andare al livello successivo, dove i sensi si ampliano...se il tuo caso e' come il mio, non devi preoccuparti, ma imparare a vivere queste manifetazioni come doni e non come dannazioni..nessuno ci ha seriamente preparati a viverli serenamente, perche' nessuno davvero conosce i poteri segreti della mente umana, ormai dimenticati ed oscurati per schiavizzarci ed intrappolarci solo in questa dimensione illusoria materiale...
