Subject: Baltimore will never be the same
In reply to: Femok 's message, "Well, it's about time we heard from you!" on 11:15:01 04/14/04 Wed

... tho' Dallas won't either for that matter. Being based in Baltimore means that every trip that I start out will originate from there. If I have a 4 day trip, I will start out from BWI, fly, fly, fly, then overnight in maybe Orlando. Next day, Orlando, fly, fly, fly, then maybe overnight in San Francisco. At the end of my 3 or 4 day, they'll plop me back in Baltimore then it's up to me to get home to Vegas. There are already about 15 of us that are going to get a "crash pad" in BWI for the times we can't get out or just want to stay and sleep b4 commuting home. (And yea, crash pad probably isn't the best term to use when you're talking about an airline.) So basically, I'll work 4 days then be off 3. But as soon as I can hold a line, I can work as little as 8 hours a month (by dropping my trips) and still have full benefits. Wings are a wonderful thing!!! (((Femster))) Thanks for the congrats, but training isn't over yet. Grad is next Thursday, but we lost two more people today. :-(
