Was this Steve from Bay 16th Street?

I also went there 65 - 67. I have some photos I took, I was in the scouts, warriors and Chiefs. I was in the last group that went to the camp before it closed down.

Remember calling the camp Councilors "Aunt and Uncle" I did go back and found the place in the mid 1980s, the area where the cabins were located, the mess hall and adminstration building were developed and houses were built. The stone columns at the gates on the highway side down by the baseball field were still there but no tresspassings signs were posted. It looked like the mansion was still there.

I remember having the whole camp in the one room for mass with Father Addesa. I was a member of his parish St. Finbar.
