Subject: PBR Cut

Mike will still be riding as a alternate but I really dont understand how in the world he got cut when he was in 38th and others stayed on the tour that are below him...I dont understand how they are doing it. Oh Well...Mike is a great bullrider and he will be back on the BFTS tour in no time..
